Our Client:

Our client is around 30 years old and lives in Karlstad. His interests include video games, and he has previously been a gamer. He appreciates that you enjoy video games and like to play - he enjoys watching others play as he has a lot of knowledge about it. However, the most important thing is that you have the right personality. Being able to go for daily walks and participate in society is also a wish of the client.

Due to a spinal cord inflammation and secondary stroke, he needs help with all aspects of daily living. This means that you, as an assistant, will be helpful in all daily activities such as dressing, hygiene, diaper changes, and transfers. Given his situation, our client has a weakness in his body that requires you, as an assistant, to perform all transfers with the help of a ceiling lift as his ability to assist is severely limited. He understands speech and can respond to direct questions by giving a thumbs up or down. He receives all his nutrition through a PEG (a tube into the stomach).

You who are applying:

We believe that you are skilled in caregiving and attentive, which you demonstrate by being responsive and client-focused. We think you are organized and understand what is required to manage a home. You have probably worked as a personal assistant before and thus have experience with ceiling lifts, personal care, and possibly PEG?

Conditions:

Start date February 1, training before that.
4 positions around 75% + substitutes
Work in two shifts during day, evening, night, and weekends. Waiting time at night.
Expected working hours 08:00-21:00, 21:00-08:00
We are recruiting continuously

Other:

We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting as well as wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
